Olivia Afi Kokui is the founder and CEO of Francentia Enterprise, they deal in the manufacturing of Blocks.
Afi Kokui unfortunately could not enter the university after she completed SHS because her father did when she was 5months.
Kokui, a resident of Akotoshi in the Greater Accra Region, is a very proud businesswoman, who has her own block factory she manages.
She relocated to Sapeiman in Accra and secured her second job at a sand winning site but had to quit because the business run out of sand.
She landed her first job working as a secretary with a waste management company in Osu after the course at IPMC but had to quit because the amount she spent on transportation exceeded her remuneration.

Her setbacks stirred up her resolve to start her block manufacturing company with nothing but just the idea.
”I started with no money. You’ll not believe it,” she told Dee Lovia of GTV in an interview.
She managed to buy a block molding machine on credit after a client recommended a friend who sells the machines.
Now, Kokui’s Block factory business is dominated by men.
