Sheikh Issahaku Alhassan

A leading Sheikh of Alhussunna Waljama’a (Jihad Sunnist) Community Group based in Tamale, Sheikh Issahaku Alhassan has publicly disowned his biological son ,Rafik for allegedly engaging in homosexuality.

Sheikh Issahaku Alhassan, who is a well-respected leader, has made it categorically clear that homosexuality is a satanic and evil act and there is no way he and his Sunni Jihad group would allow the act of homosexuality in his community not to talk about his own son involving himself in LBGT.

He has further reiterated that his son Rafik who has been associated with homosexuality for sometime now has always denied it upon several instances of advice and counsel.

Rafik has been subjected to physical beatings severally but he is still noted to be engaged in the disgraceful act of homosexuality and for this reason , Sheikh Issahaku Alhassan has made it clear to the Muslim community and the general public that Rafik is no more his son and wherever he is, he wishes he never gave birth to him as he brought shame to his family and the Islamic faith by his act of homosexuality.

Sheikh Issahaku Alhassan has also apologized to his congregation and has indicated that the Jihad group will use the Sharia law in Islam to stone anyone involved in LGBT to death if they are caught in that demonic act.

Speaking to nanansem.com in an exclusive interview, Sheikh Issahaku Alhassan swore to rise up to fight or kill anyone involved in homosexuality in Tamale or any part of Ghana. A recent attack on Rafik and his friend who he engages in the act with has resulted in their escape to Canada.

Rafik has left behind his wife and two kids in Ghana and he is now in Canada to prevent being killed due to homosexuality.

When nanansem.com got in touch with some members of the two popular vigilante groups in Tamale, Jihad and the Kandahar Boys, they made it clear that they hope Rafik won’t make an attempt to return to Ghana because they would torture or kill Rafik whenever he makes a return to Ghana to serve as a deterrent to anyone involved in homosexuality.
